Situated in the West End of the High Street, this 18th Century building opened its doors as Peggotty’s Tea Shoppe in 1975. Although there have been different owners and ideas through the years, it has always maintained a place in the Locals hearts and holds happy memories for many of its of customers. Peggotty’s gives a traditional tearoom experience serving homemade food, freshly ground coffee and loose leaf teas.
